You already know this lesson. So why are you here again?

You had the insight at 2 AM. The realization in the shower. The moment of clarity after the argument. And by Tuesday, it was gone.

Your brain processes thousands of thoughts every day. Lessons, decisions, ideas, patterns. Most of them disappear before they can change anything.

Not because you're forgetful. Because no one taught you how to keep them.

The Method

Five steps. Five minutes each. Five days a week.

1

Capture

Write whatever is in your head. No filter, no editing, no judgment. Just get it out of your brain and onto the page.

5 minutes — morning
2

Reflect

Look at yesterday. What was the life lesson? What was the most important thing? Name your mood. Name your mistakes. This isn't guilt — it's data.

5 minutes — morning
3

Decide

Write one new rule for your life based on what you learned. Not ten rules. One. The one that matters today.

2 minutes — morning
4

Act

List your action items. Not a wish list — the things you will actually do. Keep it short enough that finishing feels possible.

3 minutes — morning
5

Review

At the end of the week, read back through your five days. What patterns keep showing up? That's your brain telling you what matters.

20 minutes — end of week

What changes when you start

1 week
You start noticing patterns you were blind to.
1 month
You stop making the same mistake twice — you already wrote the rule.
3 months
Your brain starts organizing itself before you even open the planner. The writing trains the thinking.
1 year
You have a searchable archive of every decision, every lesson, every shift. Your brain has a backup.

The Daily Page

One page. Everything that matters. Nothing that doesn't.
